1. Scope & General Terms (Geltungsbereich)

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed by customers through the online shop operated by Swiss Warehouse Direct AG, Industriestrasse 10, 8000 Zürich, Switzerland.

2. Offer and Contract Formation (Vertragsschluss)

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, the customer submits a binding order for the products listed in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded under Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations OR) upon receipt of our order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Currency (Preise & Währung)

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss Value Added Tax (8.1% MWST). Shipping costs are listed separately prior to order completion.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

5. Shipping & Warehouse Dispatch

Goods are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Zürich, Switzerland. Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are processed for same-day dispatch via Swiss Post Priority. Standard delivery within Switzerland takes 1 to 2 business days. Free shipping applies to orders with a net subtotal of CHF 100 or more.

6. Retention of Title (Eigentumsvorbehalt)

Delivered goods remain the property of Swiss Warehouse Direct AG until payment has been completed in full.

7. Warranty & Defect Notification (Gewährleistung)

The statutory warranty period under Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 197 et seq. applies. Customers must inspect received packages promptly and notify customer support of any defects within 5 business days.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction (Anwendbares Recht & Gerichtsstand)

All legal relationships between the store operator and customer are governed exclusively by Swiss Substantive Law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Zürich, Switzerland.
